Last year, in my digital film production class, we made a short dramatic film called "Running Alone." I was chosen to be the director. However, the producer and I both did the direction and I did all the cinematography.
I wasn't told that this was posted online months ago. Just today I found it on the producer's website.
In my opinion, the editing still needs some work, but whatever. At least the editor and the producer did their best. (Our professor didn't want me to help out with editing because it wasn't my duty.)
Anyway, here's the actual film. Enjoy!
The credits are inaccurate. Like I said, the producer should have some director credit. Also, I was director of photography (cinematographer), not PapaMike. He never showed up! Regardless, I guess he was given the credit just to avoid getting him and ourselves low grades.
I hope we make a better movies this coming semester! We're all just learning our craft, you know?
